The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is asking the public to report healthcare organizations or individual physicians mutilating children under the guise of gender-affirming care.
On January 28, President Trump signed the “Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation” Executive Order 14187. “Help the FBI protect children. As the Attorney General has made clear, we will protect our children and hold accountable those who mutilate them under the guise of gender-affirming care,” the agency posted on social media. “Report tips of any hospitals, clinics, or practitioners performing these surgical procedures on children at 1-800-CALL-FBI or tips.fbi.gov.”
Trump’s executive order had promised to defund such procedures and not promote or aid them in any way. It also vowed to “rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures.”
In April, Attorney General Pam Bondi warned that the Department of Justice would crack down on hospitals profiting from mutilating children. According to the HHS, a single gender-affirming surgery costs between $53,645 and $133,911. “The Department of Justice will not sit idly by while doctors, motivated by ideology, profits, or both, exploit and mutilate our children,” she warned. “Under my watch, the Department will act decisively to protect our children and hold accountable those who mutilate them under the guise of care.”
On May 28, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) also published a new guideline directing healthcare organizations and doctors to stop performing chemical and surgical mutilations on children with gender dysphoria. The HHS review aligned with Trump’s order directing the HHS Secretary to review existing literature and publish a guideline on treating children with gender dysphoria within 90 days. Like Trump’s order, the HHS review found that chemical and surgical mutilation of minors lacks scientific backing and is based on questionable recommendations by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH).
It also noted that the effects of gender-affirming chemical interventions, such as puberty blockers, which are marketed as totally reversible, are not. HHS has already written to various hospitals about gender-affirming procedures taking place at their facilities. “Consistent with CMS’s obligations to ensure baseline quality standards at institutions participating in the Medicare and Medicaid programs, CMS asks for your cooperation,” it stated, before listing various issues.
One way to force hospitals to cooperate in ending the horrific procedures would be to terminate cooperation with healthcare organizations that are still carrying out gender-affirming interventions. Meanwhile, many children have reportedly been misdiagnosed for the sake of performing gender procedures and to enable Medicaid fraud to cover the medical bills.
In the United Kingdom, a new NHS review found that many children with mental health conditions such as autism were subjected to chemical and surgical procedures for conditions that could be addressed using psychological interventions. Meanwhile, the FBI announcement coincided with the second day of Pride Month, which usually includes “trans” children being exposed to sexualized activities and Drag Queens.
This the equivalent of the FBI spying on traditional Catholic masses, except it’s now the Democrat religion.
