Trump/Vance Attend Army/Navy Game with Guest Daniel Penny
At today’s annual Army/Navy football game, everyone on the field has sworn to defend Americans with their life.
In the VIP suite, there was a former Marine who also risked his life for his fellow Americans.
Daniel Penny, who was acquitted of manslaughter earlier this week, was invited to attend the game by another former Marine, Vice President-elect J.D. Vance.
Penny faced up to 15 years in prison after a confrontation with a homeless man, Jordan Neely, on a New York City subway last year. Neely was reportedly threatening riders when Penny subdued him with a chokehold. Neely was alive when police arrived but later died.
As the NY Post reported:
The Marine vet received a hero’s welcome Saturday as he joined soon-to-be commander-in-chief Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance at the annual Army-Navy football game.
Before kickoff, Penny was spotted in the luxury suite talking with Vance, the future veep’s wife, Usha Vance, and Johnson.
Trump minutes later was spotted standing next to Vance, shaking his fist and waving to the crowd as it chanted “USA! USA!” and then saluting during the singing of the National Anthem. Penny was off to the side, sipping a beverage.
“Daniel’s a good guy, and New York’s mob district attorney tried to ruin his life for having a backbone,” Vance wrote on X Friday, also referring to far-left Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
Also at the game with Trump and Vance was Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth.
Hegseth has faced criticism for his lack of experience from the left…. despite having a wealth of experience.
Others attending the game included Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth, Intelligence Director nominee Tulsi Gabbard, House Speaker Mike Johnson, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and billionaire Elon Musk.
Trump himself also received a hero’s welcome when he arrived at the game, while President Biden has never attended “America’s Game” during his four years as Commander-in-Chief.
