Jan 6 Fed Ops: How Capitol Police Enabled the Construction of the Gallows, Ignored Their Existence, and Failed to Investigate

A new report on January 6 has shed more light on the potential involvement of the FBI in the construction of the gallows during protests as the U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) looked the other way.

A single structure was erected during the January 6 protests at the foot of the Capitol.

Coincidentally, the new report shows the Capitol Police overlooking its construction, failing to respond to its existence, or investigate before and after it was removed. Additionally, the construction material was also destroyed and dumped alongside other debris, essentially destroying all evidence that could be used to identify the culprits. Subsequently, USCP’s conduct during and after the construction of the gallows suggests that it deliberately looked the other way to enable its construction.

According to the Committee on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight report, “[The] United States Capitol Police guidelines prohibit the construction of temporary structures on Capitol grounds.”

The report continues, “Despite this, USCP made no effort to prevent the construction of the gallows, and the USCP CCTV footage confirms the gallows remained on Capitol grounds for a full twenty-six hours with no effort to have them removed.”

Additionally, several officers were in the vicinity during its construction but did not approach the scene.

“Multiple USCP cameras face the location of the gallows on the west side of the Capitol, and several USCP officers were within the vicinity of the gallows, yet no officers ever approached the constructors during the fifty-five minutes spent building the gallows on Capitol property.”

Similarly, no radio calls were made about the construction of the gallows, and no officers responded to its existence after construction. “.. no radio calls or notifications were distributed to officers about the presence of an illegal structure on Capitol grounds, and no officers responded to the structure at any time.”

While USCP’s response might be interpreted as an oversight, the removal of the gallows raised even more suspicions. After seemingly serving its intended purpose of causing public outrage, the structure was removed the following day after remaining on-site overnight.

“The gallows were finally removed at roughly 9:06 AM on January 7, 2021, after USCP ignored the structure overnight.”

However, the USCP made no attempts to investigate the gallows before its removal and destruction.

“USCP radio transmissions appear to indicate that there was no order or request to investigate the gallows, and USCP video footage reveals that no law enforcement entity investigated the structure before it was removed and destroyed.”

Additionally, no effort was made to recover evidence to identify individuals responsible for constructing the racist medieval execution device. Instead, Capitol employees crushed the materials using a forklift and loaded them on the backs of dump trucks.

“The AOC (Architect of the Capitol) then discarded the now-broken lumber alongside the other refuse left on Capitol Grounds from January 6.”

“Internal emails among USCP leadership indicate a lack of knowledge as to the location of the gallows remnants.”

AOC also confirmed “they had no conversations with the FBI, USCP, or any other entity about the gallows on or after January 6,” highlighting the law enforcement’s deliberate attempts to avoid confirming their knowledge of its existence.

Perhaps to ensure all evidence related to the gallows was utterly destroyed, “the remnants of the gallows were ‘transported to a waste management facility for disposal’ alongside other trash and debris,” the AOC stated.

The only surviving evidence of the gallows was the noose, which was accidentally “recovered by a Dutch journalist and given to the FBI.”

USCP’s security failures coincided with the rejection of then President Trump’s request to send the National Guard to assist Capitol Police in maintaining law and order.

Additionally, a previous J6 report by the DOJ’s Inspector General revealed that 26 FBI human assets were among protesters. However, they were not “authorized by the FBI to enter the Capitol or a restricted area or to otherwise break the law on January 6.”

However, only three were authorized to attend to watch over perceived domestic terrorists, raising questions about the role the other 23 played during the protests.

Additionally, the agents who participated in the protests on their own faced no charges for trespassing on the Capitol Grounds, while other protesters were charged, and some received severe sentences.

While the J6 Committee aggressively pursued ordinary protesters who only trespassed on Capitol Buildings, no similar efforts were made to identify those responsible for constructing the gallows.

And while the gallows prominently featured as evidence, “to date, none of the individuals involved in constructing the structure have been publicly identified by law enforcement,” Chairman Loudermilk’s Interim report on the failures and politicization of the January 6th Select Committee stated.

Similarly, former Rep. Cheney, the Vice Chair of the January 6 Select Committee, quashed any attempts to question the FBI’s role in the January 6 Protests. Her reactions to the question seemed like a deliberate attempt to conceal evidence or avoid perjuring herself while answering it.

Recently, Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) called out Cheney for calling “people who were raising these questions nut jobs, nut cases, whatever it is that she wanted to say” despite having “access to a lot of information” about J6 Protests.
