Anti-ICE Protesters Caught on Video Saying “Shoot ICE!” After Dallas Shooting, Get Pepper Balls Shot at Them

Anti-ICE agitators escalated their demonstrations in Illinois this week, with some caught on camera apparently calling for violence against federal agents, as reported by The Blaze.

The clashes came just days after the deadly shooting at an ICE facility in Dallas, heightening concerns over the safety of law enforcement officers across the country.

On Friday, Blaze News national correspondent Julio Rosas recorded footage outside an ICE facility in Broadview, Illinois, where a crowd of protesters attempted to block a federal vehicle from entering the compound.

The standoff quickly escalated as several individuals in the crowd shouted hostile chants. One agitator yelled, “Arrest ICE!” before another was heard shouting, “Shoot ICE!” The same individual followed up with, “Shoot the f**kers! Shoot the f**ker!” The statements were captured on video.

Masked demonstrators swarmed the vehicle, pounding on it and surrounding it as agents attempted to drive into the facility. “Anti-ICE protesters are trying their best to interfere with federal operations in Illinois.

The crowd has been blocking a road agents use to bring in their vehicles,” Rosas reported. “One federal agent was swarmed as he entered, with the mob hitting his vehicle and getting in front. Other agents have pepper balls and tear gas to break up the crowd, but so far I have not seen any arrests.”

The video also showed protesters chanting slogans while following the lead of individuals at the front of the crowd. As agents neared the facility’s entrance, federal officers deployed pepper balls and gas from behind the fence.

A cloud of pepper spray surrounded the area, forcing demonstrators to scatter while the federal vehicle moved into the property. Shouts and coughing were audible on video as the crowd dispersed.

Rosas noted that ICE has increased security measures at its facilities, including new fencing, in response to the surge in anti-ICE protests and violent incidents.

He reported that while the fence kept protesters from reaching the building itself, it did not prevent agitators from confronting federal personnel on nearby roads.

Political figures were also present at the scene. Rosas confirmed that Evanston Mayor Daniel Biss observed the confrontation but did not join those surrounding the vehicle.

He also reported that Kat Abughazaleh, a Democratic candidate for Illinois’s 9th Congressional District, was on site. Last week, Abughazaleh had to be moved by federal agents after refusing to leave the driveway of an ICE facility.

Following Friday’s standoff, Rosas said two arrests were made in connection with the protest. Federal officials have not yet released additional details regarding the charges.

The incident underscores the growing tension between federal immigration enforcement officers and organized anti-ICE protests, particularly in the wake of violent episodes such as the recent Dallas attack.

  1. Not my suggestion, but a good one. Demonstrate your profound hatred of Trump and I.C.E. by taking large doses of Tylenol.

  2. I am glad that people have a venue for venting. Reducing the “pressure” is good. However, I fear that the one-sided violence can’t last. The pressure continues to build.

  3. Get rid of the pepper balls and teargas. Issue M60s and SAWS and a couple of hundred claymore mines to deal with the leftist scum.

  4. The stupid, arrogant leftist rabble are playing with fire and if they keep it up, one might say that they will eventually get burned.

    1. It was easy to spot the leader/ Organizer as he was dressed in the usual leftist garb and palestinian scarf. He says a phrase continually and the rest repeat it. Arrest him as he knows where everything is originating from. Play hardball. Get the leaders in the crowds. They’re pretty easy to spot and I know that the ICE agents saw him too.

  5. The FBI wants to thank all of the stupid protesters that were nice enough to leave their fingerprints on the vehicles. This will allow these instigators to be identified, added to no fly lists, and possibly experience the wonderful activity called the “early morning SWAT raid”.

We look forward to your continued stupidity that makes our jobs so much easier.

    Have a nice day.
