An anti-Elon Musk protester learned a painful lesson in cause-and-effect after he attacked a comedian at a demonstration outside a Tesla dealership in Palo Alto, California.
As The Blaze reported, the self-proclaimed “fighter of fascism” found out the hard way that biting isn’t a winning strategy—especially when your opponent knows jiujitsu.

The protest, like so many leftist tantrums, started off as a so-called “peaceful demonstration” but quickly turned into chaos. The gathering, organized in opposition to Musk’s cost-cutting measures, featured the usual crowd of aging activists wielding signs with predictable slogans: “Honk for democracy,” “Stop Musk’s power grab,” and the ever-present “Fight fascism.” Comedian and YouTuber Danny Mullen, along with fellow content creator Leo Dottavio, showed up to document the scene. Mullen, clearly embracing the moment, sported a DOGE T-shirt in a nod to Musk’s well-known cryptocurrency support.
That’s when things got heated. A masked protester, camera in hand, got in Mullen’s face and demanded he take off his sunglasses. Another protester—likely in his 30s or 40s and eager to escalate—approached Mullen and mockingly declared:
“Hey! Sir, we have tiny d**ks, and that’s why we support this sh*t!”
He then smacked Mullen’s face and knocked off his hat. Bad move.
Mullen wasted no time in delivering a slap in response, and the scuffle was on. But while the protester may have assumed he was picking on an easy target, he quickly realized otherwise. Mullen, trained in jiujitsu, swiftly took control, grappling his attacker and bringing him to the ground. It should have ended there. But the unhinged leftist, realizing he was outmatched, resorted to a new Antifa tactic—biting. Mullen later shared a photo of the wound on Instagram, sarcastically noting, “Left-wing protesters have added ‘biting’ to their tactics.”
Even with undeniable footage of the attack, other protesters tried to spin the story, claiming Mullen was the real aggressor. According to Dottavio, the level of denial was unreal. He told The Blaze News:
“I felt like I was in bizarro world. It’s as clear as day that my friend Danny was assaulted by this man first, then defended himself, but people clearly wanted to say the opposite and paint him as the bad guy.”
Once Mullen let his attacker back up, the outrage mob kicked into overdrive. Several middle-aged women hurled obscenities at him, yelling, “F**k you!” and “Get the f**k out of here!”—apparently furious that their fellow activist lost a fight he started.
Mullen, unfazed, shot back with his own quip: “In your America, do losers get credit?” he asked. “That’s the problem. That’s what DOGE is trying to counteract,” he joked. Meanwhile, anti-Musk protests continue to spread to Tesla showrooms in cities like New York, Boston, San Francisco, and Tucson. The Washington Post reports that activists have targeted at least 90 locations since March 4, proving once again that when the left doesn’t get its way, they throw tantrums. But as this protester learned, some tantrums don’t go as planned—especially when the other guy knows how to fight back.
