CNN’s Scott Jennings has slammed liberal journalists trying to cash out on the truth they helped suppress by churning out “tell all” books when it is now convenient.
During CNN’s “Table for Five” show, Scott Jennings exposed the authors’ attempt to rewrite history and hoodwink the same Americans they gaslighted for four years about Biden’s physical and cognitive decline.
“These books, first of all, seeing that video of Kamala Harris and then these videos of Tim Walz the last few days, man, did we dodge a bullet. Lord have mercy,” Jennings said.
“These books coming out, it can all be told now. I mean, I sat here all during the campaign and was assured ‘Joe Biden was fine. Kamala Harris had the most organic, grassroots-driven campaign. The Democrats were unified. We had a campaign of joy, and everything was hunky dory,’” he added.
“That’s what I was told night after night after night. And now all the books are coming out, and it’s amazing because a lot of the people who were telling those lies are now going to get paid to write those books. It’s crazy.”
Had Biden persisted and won, they would likely have continued to peddle the same lies and completely ignored his deteriorating condition.
Even CNN’s own Jake Tapper, who lashed out at guests for pointing out Biden’s obvious cognitive and physical decline, has joined the rush. His book, titled “Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again,” was co-authored with Axios correspondent Alex Thompson. It details an intense “cover-up” of Biden’s “serious decline” and characterizes the former president as narcissistic, self-delusional, and reckless for seeking reelection.
However, Tapper played a leading role in suppressing information about Biden’s decline. He even accused Lara Trump, who he talked over throughout the interview, of mocking Biden’s stutter when she pointed out his obvious cognitive decline.
“I think you have absolutely no standing to diagnose somebody’s cognitive decline,” he lashed out at Lara. “I would think that somebody in the Trump family would be more sensitive to people who do not have medical licenses diagnosing politicians from afar.”
In June 2024, Tapper also quoted a White House communications director dismissing the Wall Street Journal’s exposé on Biden’s deteriorating cognitive state, describing the piece as a “complete and utter editorial fail” that “makes you wonder who [the WSJ] is taking orders from.”
During his interviews, Tapper also did not challenge politicians when they attempted to downplay Biden’s cognitive decline, such as Sen. Chris Coons (D-Del.), who described Biden’s incoherence as “minor slips.”
He also only started speaking about Biden’s age-related problems when a group of Democrats started putting pressure on the former president to step down for another candidate.
“In reality 72 percent of voters say that they believe President Biden is too old, that’s according to CNN’s most recent polling,” Tapper said. “Voters have been saying this for quite a long time, the reality is that the Democratic elites are mostly late to acknowledge these age ability issues compared to the rest of the public.”
Nonetheless, most Americans surely do not need to buy these “tell all” books to learn the obvious truth when it no longer matters.
Meanwhile, Bloomberg News and Politico’s Jonathan Allen and the Hill’s Amie Parnes also wrote the book, titled “Fight: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House,” exposing Biden’s decline and subsequent cover-up.
It is not that dementia Joe had lost his media support it is that they can no longer cover up Bidens cognitive decline. It took us less than ten minutes to see how we had been deceived by the MSM in the CNN debate and confirmed in every other public appearance that he has made since then.
Starting in 2020 the American public has been the victim of gaslighting by the MSM designed to dispel the notion that Joe Biden was mentally and physically fit to hold the office of president. Nearly 80 million people saw all or part of the debate and now know that all those videos of Biden dementia, gaffs and falls are not “cheap fakes”.
It is like the old story “The Emperor’s New Clothes”. No one can unsee Bidens cognitive decline. That gaslighting finally ran out of gas
As a lifelong resident of Delaware, I have seen joe biden in person around our state many many times over the years. He was constantly in the local newspaper who wrote nothing short of love letters re biden. Even as biden did nothing to help our 2 auto plants that closed, I NEVER and I mean NEVER, heard or read about this so called stutter. It NEVER came up in his senate races or his previous runs for the presidency. They barely mentioned his plagiarism. I was so taken aback, stunned, when they started to mention biden had a stutter, but ONLY in the context of Trump making fun of him. Which Trump never mention it but only expressed common thoughts re biden, that he was an idiot! Prior to Trump, one can go back and look at hundreds of newspaper articles about biden and they NEVER mentioned a stutter…….until Trump the bully! When obvious cognitive decline was dismissed, as went their credibility.
