Exposed: Defense Health Agency’s Extremely Woke Transgender Training Resources Uncovered
A Defense Health Agency (DHA) training manual promoting extreme Woke transgender ideology for military healthcare providers has been uncovered.
The training resources aim “to create an understanding of ‘gender identity,’ foster an inclusive environment, and support ‘gender-affirming care.’”
Key learning objectives include familiarizing the Department of Defense’s physicians with the military’s transgender healthcare policy, including understanding key terms and differentiating between gender identity, gender expression, and “sex assigned at birth.”
The material states that the sex assigned at birth is based on the visual appearance of the physical genitalia. In contrast, gender identity is based on an individual’s inner feelings of being male, female, or non-binary.
The training material also aims to identify common barriers to healthcare for transgender and non-binary individuals. It also intends to create an inclusive and welcoming clinical environment for transgender and non-binary people to support gender-affirming care.
It alleges that gender-affirming care, such as hormones and surgery, improves health outcomes and quality of life.
The training manual explains that gender-affirming care “may include but is not limited to hormone surgery, hair removal, voice training, and/or psychotherapy.”
It claims that affirming a transgender person by respecting their gender identity and providing medically necessary care improves behavioral health outcomes and increases quality of life.
Mandated use of pronouns
Military medical personnel are also required to use so-called gender-inclusive language. Since the English language apparently has relatively limited terminology to describe gender identity gibberish, medical professionals must ask patients for their preferred pronouns to avoid misgendering.
The training materials also require facilities to feel more welcoming by displaying inclusive images at the front desk and medical waiting rooms.
The DHA calls for the eliminate of sex-based distinctions, such as statements that “claim” that only women can menstruate.
Patients can also change their Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) gender markers at will, allowing them to switch between preferred genders. This provision allows men to use female-only facilities at will and alter their dressing/appearance and fitness routines.
Since DEERS sex markers can take time to propagate across various systems, health professionals must apologize and correct their language if they misgender their patients based on their preferred gender markers.
Lastly, DHA staff take a quiz to determine if they understand the military’s Woke transgender policy.
Trump’s Secretary of Defense pick, Pete Hegseth, has promised to dismantle the transgender ideology from the military, making such material irrelevant.
The incoming president has also promised to kick out about 15,000 transgender military officers, which proponents of the transgender ideology claim would further reduce enrolment.
“It would also lead to a ban on trans people joining the military and would come at a time when almost all branches of the American armed forces are failing to meet recruitment targets.”
The current Woke military leadership blames the historic decline in enrolment on the lack of diversity and inclusivity. However, Hegseth blames the Woke ideology for sidelining the traditional military demographics with the woke policies.
“There aren’t enough lesbians in San Fransisco to man the 82nd Airborne Division,” Hegseth said.
“…and in trying to cater to that, they lost the boys in Tennessee and Kentucky and Oklahoma. The traditional dudes who did it because they wanted — they loved their country, or they wanted the adventure, or they wanted to try tough things….”
I hope the Republicans root all this nonsense out of the bureaucracy right away, but on the other hand if there’s one thing our elected Republicans can do it’s disappoint us. They’re good at complaining about problems when they’re in the minority, but once you give them the majority they turn into pussy cats and are afraid to do anything bold because it might get them bad press or hurt their re-election chances.
