FBI Docs: The Chinese Communist Party Potentially Rigged the 2020 Election for Biden 

A recently declassified intelligence report detailed an intricate plan by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to rig the 2020 presidential election for Joe Biden. FBI Director Kash Patel dropped the bombshell report to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Speaking exclusively to Just the News, Patel stated that the CCP mass-produced fake U.S. driver’s licenses to create counterfeit mail-in ballots to sway the election in favor of Biden. The news outlet had reported that CBP had intercepted about 20,000 fake driver’s licenses around the same time.

Nonetheless, the August 2020 report was not fully investigated and was subsequently recalled around the same time that former FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before Congress, claiming that there was no known plot to interfere with the election.

“Now, we have not seen, historically, any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election, whether it’s by mail or otherwise,” Wray testified under oath during a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) requested more documents to prove that the evidence was just dismissed, which the FBI produced.

Meanwhile, the media claimed that the election was one of the safest in history, and every subsequent challenge was dismissed. So-called fact-checkers claimed that over sixty lawsuits challenging Biden’s victory were dismissed.

However, many were dismissed on procedural grounds rather than after a careful analysis of the evidence produced. For instance, the Trump v. Wisconsin Elections Commission lawsuit was dismissed because the president allegedly took too long to file the challenge, while the Texas v. Pennsylvania suit was rejected citing a lack of standing.

States cited for conducting electoral audits used to justify Biden’s victory included Georgia, whose electoral practices were already challenged in the Texas v. Pennsylvania lawsuit, which was dismissed without analyzing the evidence presented. Likely, the audits were performed on an already flawed electoral process.

The Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) chief, Chris Krebs, was also cited for giving the election a clean bill of health and claiming that there was no interference. 

Krebs claimed that the allegations of 2020 election fraud “in every case of which we are aware, … have been unsubstantiated or are technically incoherent.”

He also labeled Trump “a significant bad-faith actor who weaponized and abused his government authority,” suggesting his assessment was more political than professional.

Coincidentally, CISA was widely cited for suppressing the Hunter Biden Laptop story, suggesting that the agency was not as independent as previously perceived.

According to America First Legal, CISA “went to work immediately” to dismiss the Hunter Biden story. The agency went a step further and linked the story to the alleged “QAnon Conspiracy Theory.”

When Trump returned to the White House, Krebs’ security clearances were revoked for obvious reasons.

Similarly, the DOJ’s statement by Trump’s Attorney General, William Barr, was based on the FBI’s assessment, which had already recalled evidence of the CCP’s alleged interference.

Barr folded to a highly partisan agency that was systemically against President Trump. 

“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome,” Barr’s DOJ stated in a memo.

During his first term, many Trump officials were more loyal to the Deep State than to their boss. Some ended up working with the Biden administration after Trump was denied victory.
