Mother of Trans Double Rapist Originally Sent to Women’s Prison: No Wigs, Dresses or Make-up Makes You Female
Convicted transgender double rapist Adam Graham was initially sent to a female prison after claiming he identifies as a woman called Isla Bryson.
However, his mother, Janet Bryson, has pointed out the absurdity of his claims, exposing the danger the Leftist ideology poses to society.
Based on the nature of the crime he committed, it was evidence that the self-proclaimed transgender individual had not undergone transition.
“My son never expressed any wish that he wanted to be a girl, dressed in any other way, or ever asked to be called by any other name than Adam growing up… Never once, at the age of four or at any other age.”
The transgender individual’s mother also disputed the ideology, saying a person’s gender is determined at birth, and no amount of artificial alteration could alter their genetic composition.
“No wigs, dresses or amount of make-up makes [sic] you female. You can say you’re a woman, but to be female, that is down to biology and how you are born,” Bryson said.
Graham was sentenced to eight years in prison for sexually assaulting two women. His case grabbed the national news headlines after he was sent to a female prison. After he was eventually sent to a male prison, Graham complained of transphobia.
“This jail is full of transphobic people. The police are involved because of the abuse to do with my gender. People won’t stop being transphobic.”
The then-Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon’s government lost power less than a month later after the embarrassing incident to become the first casualty of the gender reform rule passed in the Scottish Paliarment.
Scottish lawmakers had passed the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill, which Sturgeon strongly supported. It intended to modify the Gender Recognition Act 2004 by streamlining the process of acquiring Gender Recognition Certificates to change someone’s birth-assigned gender.
Among the introduced changes included lifting the need for a medical diagnosis in favor of self-identification, lowering the age for changing someone’s gender from 18 to 16, and reducing the residency requirements from six to three months. It also included broad recognition of non-binary people to make Scotland more welcoming.
However, the UK Government slammed the break on the measure under Section 35 of the Scotland Act 1998, but Sturgeon vowed to defend it in a protracted and costly legal battle.
Meanwhile, the double rapist’s mother has joined women’s groups opposing the Gender Recognition Certificates granting biological males the same rights as women.
Legal experts warned that the certificates endanger not only straight women but also lesbians, who would be required to recognize males attracted to women if they declared themselves so.
Opponents also warn that Gender Recognition Certificates do not have existing measures to prevent predatory individuals from claiming to be a different gender for the purpose of committing crimes.
