Unhinged Olympic gymnast Simone Biles’ X account has mysteriously vanished after a heated online fight with Riley Gaines over the participation of biological men in women’s sports. Since Sunday, X users could not locate Biles’ X account @Simone_Biles, which has over 1.9 million followers. Netizens were met with a “Something went wrong” error and later “This account doesn’t exist.”
It appears she has cowardly deleted the account after taking an indefensible position against an overwhelming majority of Americans who oppose the participation of men in women’s sports.
Biles had lashed out at Gaines, calling her a sore loser, after criticizing the Minnesota State High School League for including a trans athlete, Marissa Rothenberger, in the girls’ softball team.
“@Riley_Gaines_ You’re truly sick, all of this campaigning because you lost a race. Straight up sore loser,” Biles tweeted.
“You should be uplifting the trans community and perhaps finding a way to make sports inclusive OR creating a new avenue where trans feel safe in sports. Maybe a transgender category IN ALL sports!! But instead… You bully them… One thing’s for sure is no one in sports is safe with you around!!!!!”
Gaines hit back hard, telling Biles it was not a woman’s job to fight for the inclusion of men in women’s sports. It’s cowardly for biological men who identify as girls, but are physically stronger, to whine about feeling unsafe in women’s sports and expect women to stand up for them.
“This is actually so disappointing. It’s not my job or the job of any woman to figure out how to include men in our spaces. You can uplift men stealing championships in women’s sports with YOUR platform. Men don’t belong in women’s sports and I say that with my full chest.”
Biles tried to apologize for personally attacking Gaines by blaming the system instead of siding with women who are being erased from their own sports by trans-identifying men.
By October 2024, transgender athletes had won over 900 medals in women’s sports, displacing more than 600 biological female athletes.
“I wanted to follow up from my last tweets. I’ve always believed competitive equity & inclusivity are both essential in sport,” she tweeted.
“The current system doesn’t adequately balance these important principles, which often leads to frustration and heated exchanges, and it didn’t help for me to get personal with Riley, which I apologize for,” Biles added.
It remains unclear whether Biles will return to X or move to the leftist social media platform BlueSky, which acts as an echo chamber for radical left fanatics. Biles is hardly the only leftist who cannot take the heat from Americans fed up with men in women’s sports.
Even the school that Gaines criticized has disabled comments on their X post featuring the trans athlete, likely to avoid online backlash.
Meanwhile, Gaines had the last laugh after the unhinged gymnast chickened out and retreated to her safe space. “… Deletes account to pretend it never happened,” she tweeted. “Sad to see such a phenom go down like this.”
Gaines continues to be personally attacked by radical left advocates for men in women’s sports. Earlier in June, infamous sports troll Keith Olbermann trashed her career, calling her “a worse swimmer than she is a MAGA stooge.”
“She finished 85th in the Olympic Trials,” he said. “She finished tied for 5th in the only race including a transgendered athlete. If there had been none, she MIGHT have finished tied for 4th, or had 5th place to herself.”
However, Gaines clarified was just 15 years old when she ranked “5th in the nation in a sport measured in .01s of a second”
