Senior White House Advisor Stephen Miller blasted the Biden-appointed judge who recently grounded a deportation flight carrying several criminal aliens to South Sudan, sparking outrage over national security and immigration policy.
Last week, the judge ruled that the U.S. government violated a court order by deporting dangerous aliens to South Sudan.
U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy claimed the government failed to provide the illegal aliens with “meaningful” due process, arguing that they were being sent to “third-party” countries.
Attorneys representing the illegal aliens argued that deporting them to South Sudan placed them in danger, as some were originally from Laos, Vietnam, and Cuba.
Judge Murphy ordered that the U.S. must maintain custody of the criminals during legal proceedings.
“During that 15-day period, the individual must remain within the custody or control of DHS, and must be afforded access to counsel that is commensurate with the access they would be afforded if they were seeking to move to reopen from within the United States’ borders,” the judge wrote.
President Donald Trump criticized the ruling, pointing out that eight of the “most violent criminals on earth” are now being held in Djibouti — a small country located on the Horn of Africa near Ethiopia.
Stephen Miller also erupted in response, warning that the judge’s ruling has endangered Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers.
Miller said:
“A local judge in Boston ordered the flight grounded and has now trapped ICE officers in Djibouti with these savage monsters!
Having to guard and protect them 24-7 in a location with no appropriate facilities! No detention space! No detention beds! Nothing!
Putting their lives on the line! They have to watch them 24-7.
There aren’t enough resources to ensure the safety of these ICE officers! Is this judge mad? Is this judge a lunatic? What kind of country are we living in where we are even having this kind of conversation!?”
Miller continued:
“You have a handful of judges elected by nobody sitting in local cities and communities claiming that they can rule over the foreign policy and national security in defense of the entire United States to micro-manage the activities of our defense department, of our federal immigration officers, of our cabinet secretaries.”
He added:
“Judges who will claim the powers of a king all for the purpose of the mass importation of illegal aliens.
The mass importation of illegal aliens into this country, mass third world migration.
That is what the entire Democratic party now serves and exists for. Not the American people.”

If there was ever a time to ignore a judicial order, this is it. The illegal immigrants and ICE agents are on foreign soil. This matter is ENTIRELY within the Constitutional purview of the Executive branch. The Judicial branch has NO authority here.
