White House Deputy Chief of Staff and Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller has warned of swift consequences after a Biden-appointed activist judge defied the Supreme Court on the deportation of illegal alien.
U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy attempted to usurp the authority of the Supreme Court by unilaterally declaring that his ruling barring Trump from deporting illegal aliens was still in effect even after the high court stopped his orders.
“The Court’s May 21, 2025 Order on Remedy remains in full force and effect, notwithstanding today’s stay of the Preliminary Injunction,” he stated.
Appearing on Fox News Hannity, Miller lauded the Supreme Court ruling as an “incredible victory” that allows Trump to deport the worst criminals, including murderers, rapists, and child abusers, to any third country that accepts them.
“Whether that be South Sudan, Somalia, or Ethiopia — any country in the world that is willing to accept these monsters — we can get them out of our country and be free of them forever,” he continued.
“The only thing I have to share tonight, Sean — and this is a bit of breaking news — is that the district court judge in Boston has said he’s going to defy the Supreme Court’s ruling. So expect fireworks tomorrow when we hold this judge accountable for refusing to obey the Supreme Court.”
In May, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt had accused Judge Murphy of “massive judicial overreach,” adding that he had no authority to direct the foreign policy of the United States. His orders to block the deportation of illegal aliens to third countries left immigration officials stranded in Djibouti.
“Judge Brian Murphy is not the Secretary of State, he is not the Secretary of Defense or the Commander-in-Chief. He is a district court judge in Massachusetts,” Leavitt said. “He cannot control the foreign policy or the national security of the United States of America, and to suggest otherwise is being completely absurd.”
Meanwhile, Democrats are lauding the defiant judge as a hero for unilaterally overruling the decision of six Supreme Court justices. Murphy was recommended by Elizabeth Warren, who praised his “dedication to the Constitution” when introducing him.
So far, El Salvador, Panama, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Rwanda, and Libya have formally, informally or are in talks with the United States to accept illegal aliens from third countries.
In March, Trump deported 300 illegal immigrants from Africa and Asia to Panama, including those who refused to return to their home countries or were rejected by their national governments. The Central American nation was also working with their governments to send them home, with many successfully returning to their countries of origin. Costa Rica also received dozens of Asian immigrants, including those from China, and was working to repatriate them to their home countries.
Honduras also temporarily held Venezuelan illegal immigrants from Guantanamo Bay awaiting relocation. Rwanda was among the earliest potential destinations for illegal immigrants from third countries, having struck a similar deal with the United Kingdom in 2022 before British courts blocked deportations to the African nation on humanitarian grounds.

Absolutely. The Congress of the United States needs to grow a collective pair and start funding rescissions against ALL of these judicial tyrants.
Arrest the judge for impeding ICE officers acting in their official capacity.
Arrest him and give him a trial by Jury. Then tuck him away in a maximum security prison so he can contemplate what a real sentence is like.
